We share information only as necessary to provide the Service:

  • Service Providers: We may share limited data with trusted vendors (e.g., cloud hosting, billing, analytics) who process it solely on our behalf and under confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order.
  • Business Transfers: If Tethyst undergoes a merger, acquisition, or reorganization, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
